Step 1: Install & Test

Install the [SP] version via the Garmin Connect IQ mobile app.
This version includes a free trial period allowing you to test the watch face and ensure it meets your expectations before purchasing.

All features are available during the trial.

Step 2: Choose Your Purchase Option

Option A: Garmin Pay

Purchase directly through the Garmin Connect IQ Store.
The purchase is linked to your Garmin account and managed entirely by Garmin.

Note:
  • Purchase must be completed before installation
  • License terms and conditions are defined by Garmin

Option B: Stripe Pay (SP Version)

Continue using the [SP] version and purchase a license via the Stripe Pay link on our website.

After purchase:

  1. Your license key is displayed immediately
  2. A copy of the license key is sent to your email
  3. Open the Garmin Connect IQ mobile app
  4. Go to the watch face settings
  5. Enter the license key in the "License Key" field
Stripe License Conditions:
  • Licenses are granted for an unlimited duration, subject to the continued availability of the platform and the ongoing activity of the developer.
  • Licenses are intended for personal use and may be limited to a reasonable number of active devices.
  • Occasional internet connectivity may be required for license validation and service continuity.
  • Inactive devices may be automatically released after an extended period of non-use.
  • Device deactivation or recovery can be requested via support.

No fixed expiration date is applied.

Licenses are granted for an unlimited duration, provided that:

  • the platform remains available, and
  • the developer continues to maintain and operate the service.

❓ Do I need an internet connection?

An occasional internet connection may be required for license validation.

Temporary connection loss will not interrupt normal usage.

❓ Is my watch compatible?

❓ I didn't receive my license key

Please check your spam folder first.

❓ Can I transfer my license to someone else?

No. Licenses are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

❓ The watch face isn't working properly

Try the following steps:

❓ How do I change the 12h / 24h time format?

Time format is managed directly on your watch.

Example (Vivoactive 3):
Menu → Clocks → Time → Time Format

Menu paths may vary depending on the model.

❓ How to use goal bar range?

You can define Min and Max values for goal bars using the format: MIN/MAX
Example: For a range from 0 to 5000, enter: 0/5000
Note: To use Garmin's fixed goals for "Steps", "Floors" or "Week Active Minutes", leave the setting empty.

❓ How to retrieve log files?

When reporting a bug or troubleshooting an issue, log files are essential for diagnosis. Follow these steps to extract them from your watch:

  1. Connect your Garmin watch to your computer via USB
  2. Open the device storage (removable drive)
  3. Navigate to /GARMIN/APPS/LOGS/ folder
  4. Copy these essential files:
    • CIQ_LOG.YML - main log
    • CIQ_LOG.BAK - log backup
    • Any file containing the watch face name
  5. Attach them to your GitHub issue or support ticket
⚠️ Important note: Without log files, diagnosing the cause of a crash is nearly impossible. They contain the execution traces necessary for analysis.
